Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at Anytime Fitness Olds. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and staffing process, ensuring that our team is equipped with the right talent to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them

• Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent

• Collect and screen applicants, ensuring that our team is comprised of the best candidates

• Review candidate inventories and make recommendations for recruitment and selection

• Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates

• Notify applicants of results and prepare job offers

• Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training

• Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties

Requirements:

• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
