**The Opportunity**:
This temporary role is available immediately and is expected to last for approximately three months. The Administrator role supports the People and Culture department with service quality and administrative tasks to elevate the overall employee experience.
**Job Functions include**:
- Accurate data-entry abilities to assist with entering new hire details into the ADP database, updating employee files and records, as well as facilitating accurate and timely billing and invoicing processes to ensure seamless financial transactions.
- Efficiently organize, scan, and securely archive personnel documents into the HRIS employee files for easy access and retrieval.
- Ensure the maintenance and regular updating of a variety of Google spreadsheets, and distribute them amongst relevant departments in a timely manner.
- Support the HR team with ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed. Provide administrative support to the People and Culture team.
**Qualifications, Experience Required**:
- Minimum of 1-2 years in an Administration role, a human resources education and/or background is considered an asset.
- Demonstrate effective organizational skills while having strong attention to detail
- Excel in a dynamic work setting, adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with advanced communication abilities, demonstrating a deep appreciation for service quality and helping others.
**Conditions of Employment**:
- Current Criminal Reference check that is free of any offenses.
- Must respect and actively promote health and safety policies.
