Drive Autogroup, a leading automotive dealership group in the GTA, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a key leader of the Sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and achieving monthly targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee all aspects of the sales process, from customer engagement to point of sale and beyond.
  • Motivate and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage sales performance metrics and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven sales management experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Experience with sales software and technology, including Desk It, 180, TMS, Vauto, and CDK.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.
