Business Development Representative

Agilus is seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in the Financial Service Industry in Pickering, Ontario. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new prospective customers through research and collaboration with Sales Management and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new prospective customers through research and analysis
  • Work closely with Sales Management and team members to distribute leads across business sectors and ensure effective lead management
  • Maintain a current and accurate customer and prospect database to inform sales strategies
  • Provide ad hoc reports and insights as needed to support business growth and development
Requirements:
  • A strong desire to generate leads and connect prospective customers with solutions
  • A positive attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to make group presentations and effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • Bilingual (French/English) skills an asset
