Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Financial Services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new prospective customers through research and outreach efforts.
  • Business Development: Work closely with Sales Management and team to distribute leads across business sectors and maintain a current and accurate customer and prospect database.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Complete ad hoc reports and requests as needed to support business growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Business Acumen: A hunger to generate leads and connect prospective customers with solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to make group presentations.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (French/English) skills an asset.
