Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Financial Services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts.
  • Business Development: Work closely with our sales team to develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a current and accurate database of customers and prospects, and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on business performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the Financial Services industry and its trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to groups.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual skills (French/English) are an asset.
