About the Role:

The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our branch customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Assist with responding to and resolving customer concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems, opening a limited range of products and/or services as required.
  • Support the achievement of business objectives by contributing to advice goals and promoting products, advice, and banking capabilities.
  • Understand and apply operating policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Bank Code of Conduct.
  • Participate fully as a member of the team, promoting team effectiveness and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Support the team by continuously developing knowledge in own area and participating in personal performance management and development activities.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in a related field) preferred.
  • Proficiency in a language other than French to support or deal with customers who require services and support in a language other than French.
