Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Focus:

  • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with resolving customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet their financial goals.

Business Acumen:

  • Support the achievement of business objectives by contributing to the growth of our customer base.
  • Promote our products and services to customers, providing advice and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Understand and apply our operating policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Contribute to business objectives for Operational Excellence, ensuring timely and accurate completion of business processes.

Team Player:

  • Participate fully as a member of the team, promoting team effectiveness and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Support the team by continuously developing knowledge in your area of expertise.
  • Participate in personal performance management and development activities, including cross-training within your team.
  • Keep others informed and up-to-date about relevant information related to day-to-day activities.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in a related field) preferred.
  • Proficiency in a language other than French to support or deal with employees who require services and support in a language other than French.
