Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Financial Transactions
    • Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, with accuracy and efficiency.
    • Assist customers with financial transactions, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to improve customer experience.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Contribute to the achievement of operational excellence by adhering to policies and procedures, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
    • Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Post-secondary education or undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience
    • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
