About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our branch customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Assist with responding to customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
- Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems, opening a limited range of products and services as needed.
- Support the achievement of business objectives by contributing to advice goals and promoting products, advice, and banking capabilities.
- Understand and apply operating policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Bank Code of Conduct.
- Participate fully as a member of the team, promoting team effectiveness and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Support the team by continuously developing knowledge in own area and participating in personal performance management and development activities.
Requirements:
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred.
- Proficiency in a language other than French to support or deal with customers who require services and support in a language other than French.
