About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at ALX Exploration Services. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing and editing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including coordinating office services, managing inventory, and ensuring that all administrative procedures are followed.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including responding to inquiries, preparing correspondence, and assembling data for reports.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain accurate financial records, including inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Technology: Utilize inventory control software, MS Excel, MS Windows, and cloud-based systems to manage our office operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals, including planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and overseeing payroll administration.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Windows, and cloud-based systems.
