Fostering Growth:

  • Learn and embody our customer-centric and strategic objectives while contributing to TD Insurance Group's goals.

Promoting a Culture of Care:

  • Be available to greet and assist clients as they arrive at TD Auto Centres.
  • Recognize that every case is unique; apply unbiased and appropriate methods to achieve file resolution, resulting in a fair and just claim settlement.
  • Clearly communicate claims processing requirements to clients while maintaining detailed claims notes and providing timely updates and responses to inquiries.
  • Actively participate as a team member and contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere.
