About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Brisson & Massie Mechanical Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator. This is a permanent position that requires a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the operations team
    • Manage and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
    • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders
    • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and reports
  • Organizational Skills
    • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
    • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and other office software
