About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at KAMJ Logistics Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for our team members.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases to support business operations.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Work Environment

As an Administrative Coordinator at KAMJ Logistics Inc., you will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. You will be required to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, reliability, time management, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
