We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to manage and enhance our administrative processes within the organization.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
Work Environment

This position is based in a restaurant setting, where you will be responsible for various administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and refine administrative procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Review and assess new administrative processes for effectiveness.
  • Manage the administrative activities of the establishment.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate administrative performance.
