About the Role

Pegasus Transport Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to join our team. As an Administrative Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations by providing administrative assistance to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting and Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination with staff and stakeholders.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Office, with a strong understanding of office software and technology.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English (Work Language).
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
