About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at KAMJ Logistics Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update our digital database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily available.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and a large workload. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, demonstrate reliability, and possess strong time management and adaptability skills.
