Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at Max/Pro Tax Inc.. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Office Management: Establish and maintain effective office procedures and routines.
  • Communication: Handle incoming calls and relay messages efficiently.
  • Client Interaction: Respond to electronic inquiries and provide necessary information.
  • Data Management: Compile and analyze data, statistics, and relevant information.
  • Inventory Control: Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Information Systems: Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients post-sale to offer ongoing assistance.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
