Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Max/Pro Tax Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, establishing office procedures, and providing exceptional client support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up manual and computerized filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Consult with clients to provide ongoing support and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
