About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Max/Pro Tax Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Office Procedures: Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines to enhance productivity and workflow.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after sales to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
