About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Max/Pro Tax Inc. as an Office Coordinator. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a strong client focus and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Office Operations: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
  • Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional and courteous manner, and respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and operations.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
