Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell postal products and services to both businesses and the general public;
  • Accurately sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Assist customers by providing information and necessary forms;
  • Address delivery and service-related issues to ensure swift resolution.

Qualifications

  • Completion of high school or equivalent, or relevant experience in business administration;
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service environments, including handling sales and cash transactions;
  • Basic understanding of accounting systems or postal operations;
  • Physical capability to lift mail containers weighing up to 50 lbs, maneuver boxes, sort mail, and maintain a standing position for extended periods;
  • Availability for on-call temporary assignments.
