Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Mail and Package Processing: Sort, distribute, and process mail and packages in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all items are delivered to the correct recipients.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, and to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
