Customer-Focused Retail Sales Associate Needed at Canada Post
Canada Post is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. This on-call position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional service to customers while contributing to the smooth operation of our postal services.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, assisting with inquiries and sales transactions.
- Process mail accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Canada Post standards.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, striving for customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift mail containers and perform other tasks as required.
