Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ONTARIO INC. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including arranging seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets, expenditures, and contracts.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Recruitment and Training: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies and manage training and development programs.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to employee inquiries and complaints.
  • Reporting and Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and oversee the preparation of reports.
  • Travel and Logistics: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Marketing and Operations: Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
