Administrative Assistant Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 0736458 BC LTD. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a business or corporate setting.
  • Key Tasks:
    • Review and assess new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Delegate tasks to office support staff to optimize productivity and workflow.
    • Establish work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
    • Conduct administrative duties within the organization, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
    • Coordinate office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
    • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory controls to ensure accurate financial reporting.
    • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business operations.
    • Oversee office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supervision: 3-4 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure effective team performance.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge:
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Employment Term: Permanent position with opportunities for growth and development.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
