We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to enhance our administrative functions and support our operational efficiency at 0736458 BC LTD.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Assess and refine new administrative protocols
- Assign tasks to office support personnel
- Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines
- Manage the administrative functions of the organization
- Coordinate and strategize office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security
- Assist in formulating the operational budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary oversight
- Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Supervise and coordinate office administrative processes
Oversee a team of 3-4 individuals.
Technical Proficiency- Proficient in MS Excel
- Experienced with MS Office Suite
- Familiar with MS Outlook
- Knowledgeable in MS PowerPoint
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Working Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
