- Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines
- Execute administrative tasks for the organization
- Plan and coordinate office services, including logistics, supplies, and maintenance
- Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory controls
- Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee and streamline office administrative operations
Manage a team of 3-4 individuals.
Technical Skills- Proficient in MS Excel
- Experienced with MS Office Suite
- Knowledgeable in MS Outlook
- Familiar with MS PowerPoint
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
