- Set work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines
- Manage administrative functions of the organization
- Coordinate and strategize office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security
- Assist in developing the operational budget and maintain inventory and budget controls
- Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Supervise and manage office administrative operations
Supervision of a team of 3-4 individuals.
Technical Skills- Proficient in MS Excel
- Experienced with MS Office Suite
- Knowledgeable in MS Outlook
- Skilled in MS PowerPoint
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Working Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
