- Supervise and mentor junior staff members.
- Develop and implement training programs for employees.
- Establish and maintain office procedures and workflows.
- Oversee job classification and evaluation processes.
- Design and execute recruitment strategies.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for management.
- Handle contract management and negotiations.
- Formulate training and development initiatives.
- Answer phone calls and relay messages effectively.
- Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
- Develop communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
- Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other relevant information.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
- Provide advice and support to senior management.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of the organization.
- Facilitate staff consultations and grievance processes.
- Oversee payroll functions and administration.
- Arrange travel itineraries and make necessary reservations.
- Type and proofread various documents and correspondence.
- Conduct research to support organizational goals.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to convey marketing messages effectively.
- Maintain and manage the digital database.
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff.
- Assess work environments and procedures to ensure safety and compliance.
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.
This position involves supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
