Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the types of services to be provided and develop operational protocols accordingly.
  • Manage and organize inventory effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
