Food Service Supervisor

At Shawarma House, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Requisition Food and Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to maintain our culinary standards.
- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and train our food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Ensure Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality and service to meet customer expectations.
- Prepare Budget and Reports: Develop and manage budgets, and prepare regular reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
