Culinary Leadership Professional

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Culinary Supervisor to join our team at Chop Steakhouse & Bar. As a Culinary Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our restaurants.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a full-service restaurant or bar, with strong culinary production skills and a desire to develop and motivate the people around them. They will be committed to continuous improvement, energetic, and positive, with a passion for the culinary arts and hospitality.
In this role, you will be responsible for producing all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner, while following the specifications of the company. You will also actively lead shifts, in support of senior leadership team members, and contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift. Additionally, you will assist in ensuring the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs daily.
