About Us

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Lead shifts and support senior leadership team members in managing budgetary goals.
  • Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs.

Requirements

  • Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or bar with strong culinary production skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members to achieve their best.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Energetic and positive attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous culinary leadership experience is considered an asset.
