Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and that orders are placed in a timely manner.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all employees are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and menu offerings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
- 35 hours per week.
- Anglais.
