At Chop Steakhouse & Bar, we're passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Culinary Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading our culinary team to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Lead shifts and support senior leadership team members in managing budgetary goals.
- Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs.
Requirements
- Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or bar with strong culinary production skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop team members to achieve their best.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Energetic and positive attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous culinary leadership experience is considered an asset.
