- At MY ROTI PLACE/MY DOSA PLACE, we are seeking a skilled Culinary Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen.
- Responsibilities
- Inspect kitchen facilities and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high-quality standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean the kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Recruit and hire staff, ensuring the best fit for our team.
- Manage kitchen operations, prioritizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Minimum 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
- Dental and healthcare plans available.
