Infrastructure Management Supervisor

Position Overview
The Infrastructure Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and coordinating both in-house and subcontractor activities. This role requires effective supervision of maintenance teams to guarantee timely and efficient completion of all tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of infrastructure assets including pavements, signage, and bridges, and schedule necessary maintenance work.
- Collaborate with management to determine the most efficient approach for asset compliance, balancing cost and timelines.
- Inspect ongoing and completed projects to ensure adherence to contract specifications.
- Supervise maintenance crews, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Respond to emergency incidents and coordinate the efforts of on-site teams.
- Work with fleet management for the inspection and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
- Monitor project assets and materials to ensure effective management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Ensure successful completion of all work orders and manage documentation as per company policies.
- Engage with external stakeholders to address concerns related to infrastructure.
- Assist in the selection and negotiation of subcontractors.
- Participate in routine maintenance planning and traffic control activities.
- Be available for emergency response as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- A minimum of five years of experience in construction or road maintenance, with prior supervisory experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Work Environment
The role involves a mix of office and fieldwork, requiring the ability to adapt to various working conditions, including exposure to outdoor elements.
Physical Requirements
The position requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate various tools and equipment.
