Webber - Infrastructure Management Supervisor

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in infrastructure management and supervision. As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of infrastructure assets, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the maintenance and repair of infrastructure assets, including roads, bridges, and other critical infrastructure.
- Supervise a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure that all infrastructure assets are properly maintained and repaired.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that all infrastructure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular inspections of infrastructure assets to identify potential issues and develop plans to address them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed to the highest standards.
- Manage and control inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available to complete maintenance and repair work.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed safely and without incident.
- Monitor and report on maintenance and repair activities, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, construction management) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure management and supervision, with a strong background in maintenance and repair.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive work culture.
This role requires the ability to work in a variety of environments, including office and field settings. The incumbent will be required to spend time outdoors, working in a variety of weather conditions, and may be required to work at heights or in confined spaces.
The employee is regularly required to stand; sit; walk on a wide range of surfaces; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, Use manual and powered pneumatic, hydraulic, gas, and electric powered tools and equipment.
