Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other support staff.
- Coordinate and manage the procurement of materials and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance and quality metrics.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as necessary.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other external parties.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, and ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects successfully.
- Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with company standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or business administration.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other external parties.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
