Your Role: Total Health Management Consultant - French Bilingual

As a Total Health Management Consultant, you will play a vital role in developing and supporting our Total Health Management business. You will leverage your expertise to provide strategic guidance and solutions to clients across various industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive health and wellness programs for organizations.
  • Conduct needs assessments, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement in employee health and well-being.
  • Provide expert advice on disability management, occupational health & safety, and other related topics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation and delivery.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in the field of health and wellness.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a health, or social sciences related field.
  • Expert level of knowledge across several areas including disability management, Occupational Health & Safety, wellbeing programs, EFAP, HR programs and policies, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
  • Ability to partner and lead teams to deliver project objectives; ability to work independently and on a team.
  • Bilingual (English/French).
