Role Summary:
The Total Health Management Consultant will play a pivotal role in advancing our Total Health Management (THM) initiatives. This position involves collaboration with various Mercer offices to enhance the visibility of health services across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and support the THM business through strategic partnerships.
- Elevate the profile of organizational health services within the Canadian market.
- Identify and develop business opportunities while providing comprehensive project support.
- Collaborate effectively within the THM team to complete essential tasks.
- Ensure accountability for revenue and profitability concerning client accounts and projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and vendors to facilitate benefits procurement and administration.

Your Contributions:
Project Execution and Expertise:
- Lead client engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery and thorough evaluations.
- Assist in crafting innovative health and wellbeing strategies tailored to client needs.
- Develop and present client-ready materials, reports, and tools as required.
- Collaborate with third-party providers to enhance service offerings.
Market Development:
- Partner with health consultants to identify and pursue opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Engage with clients to present tailored services and proposals.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the THM National Team to implement strategic plans.
- Contribute to the development of intellectual capital and process improvements.
- Participate in the creation of innovative service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in disability management, wellbeing, or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of disability management, Occupational Health & Safety, and wellbeing programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in health or social sciences.
