Role Summary:

The Total Health Management Consultant will play a pivotal role in advancing our Total Health Management (THM) initiatives. This position involves collaboration with various Mercer offices to enhance the visibility of health services across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and support the THM business through strategic partnerships.
  • Elevate the profile of organizational health services within the Canadian market.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities while providing comprehensive project support.
  • Collaborate effectively within the THM team to complete essential tasks.
  • Ensure accountability for revenue and profitability concerning client accounts and projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with carriers and vendors to facilitate benefits procurement and administration.

Your Contributions:

Project Execution and Expertise:

  • Lead client engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery and thorough evaluations.
  • Assist in crafting innovative health and wellbeing strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and present client-ready materials, reports, and tools as required.
  • Collaborate with third-party providers to enhance service offerings.

Market Development:

  • Partner with health consultants to identify and pursue opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Engage with clients to present tailored services and proposals.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the THM National Team to implement strategic plans.
  • Contribute to the development of intellectual capital and process improvements.
  • Participate in the creation of innovative service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in disability management, wellbeing, or related fields.
  • In-depth knowledge of disability management, Occupational Health & Safety, and wellbeing programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in health or social sciences.
