Position Overview:

As a Client Care Specialist at Total Life, Inc., you will be instrumental in managing various communication channels and administrative responsibilities. Your main objective will be to ensure the effective handling of incoming communications and care-related tasks, thereby enhancing client satisfaction and support. This role is entirely remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming emails, text messages, and phone calls from current clients, general inquiries, and healthcare providers.
  • Offer clinical assistance through these communication methods as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt and effective responses while upholding exceptional customer service standards.
  • Oversee the rebooking and reassignment of clients to maintain continuity in care.
  • Resolve any issues related to client appointments and scheduling.
  • Complete various administrative tasks and forms as assigned.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in billing and claims processes.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to enhance client care and service delivery.
  • Engage in team meetings and contribute to initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, administrative support, or care management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Capability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other communication tools.

Job Type: Part-Time

Compensation: $18 - $20 CAD per hour

Expected Hours: 20 hours per week
