About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinical Operations Associate. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships within a collaborative team environment. In this role, you will support the Clinical Manager in supervising and managing therapists, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of clinical services while upholding the highest standards of quality and care. This position offers a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing therapist payroll and address documentation issues under the Clinical Manager's guidance.
  • Utilize the electronic health record (EHR) system to update clinical note templates and maintain therapist documentation.
  • Act as a primary contact for therapists and care coordinators, providing assistance and facilitating communication.
  • Support the onboarding process for new therapists, including integration and training coordination.
  • Develop and oversee Wellness Programs aimed at improving client care.
  • Ensure the organization and maintenance of therapist files, keeping essential documents current and securely stored.
  • Stay informed about CMS requirements, clinical resources, and ethical standards.
  • Assist in creating handbooks, policies, and clinical protocols as directed by the Clinical Manager.
  • Propose enhancements for the platform, including clinical assessments and technical improvements.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as word processing, Excel data entry, and data management.
  • Communicate effectively with therapists and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, human resources, administration, business management).
  • Preferred experience in a professional office environment.
  • Proactive and driven, with a strong initiative and desire for career advancement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Familiarity with clinical documentation and licensing is advantageous.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in therapy service delivery.
