Key Responsibilities- Lead Total Rewards Programs: Develop and implement comprehensive total rewards programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent.
- Manage Benefits Team: Supervise and direct a team of benefits specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of benefits programs.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, best practices, and innovative solutions to enhance our total rewards programs.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
- Program Design and Implementation: Design and implement programs and policies that focus on cost-effectiveness and market competitiveness.
- Reporting and Analytics: Oversee the analysis and reporting of total rewards data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of supervisory experience in total rewards or a related field; 8+ years of progressive experience preferred.
- Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills, superior interpersonal and influencing skills, and advanced analytical skills.
- Knowledge: Proven understanding of total rewards concepts, principles, and practices, as well as applicable legislation.
