As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for leading the development, execution, and monitoring of total rewards programs (pension and benefits) in alignment with our company's strategies and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Total Rewards Programs: Develop and implement comprehensive total rewards programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent.
  • Manage Benefits Team: Supervise and direct a team of benefits specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of benefits programs.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, best practices, and innovative solutions to enhance our total rewards programs.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
  • Program Design and Implementation: Design and implement programs and policies that focus on cost-effectiveness and market competitiveness.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Oversee the analysis and reporting of total rewards data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of supervisory experience in total rewards or a related field; 8+ years of progressive experience preferred.
  • Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills, superior interpersonal and influencing skills, and advanced analytical skills.
  • Knowledge: Proven understanding of total rewards concepts, principles, and practices, as well as applicable legislation.
