Role: Health Management Consultant (Bilingual in French)

Key Responsibilities:

As a Health Management Consultant, you will:

  • Collaborate with various Mercer offices to advance Total Health Management initiatives,
  • Elevate the profile of health services across Canada,
  • Identify and cultivate business prospects while providing project assistance to clients and consultants,
  • Execute essential tasks and collaborate with the THM team as necessary,

Your Contributions:

Project Execution and Expertise:

  • Lead client engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery and thorough evaluations,
  • Assist in crafting sophisticated strategies for health, wellness, and disability management,
  • Develop and present client-ready materials, reports, and tools tailored to project needs,
  • Create and implement solutions to address complex client challenges,
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee health and well-being, including disability management and return-to-work strategies.

Market Development:

  • Collaborate with health consultants to uncover opportunities within existing client relationships,
  • Engage with clients to present services and tailor proposals to their requirements,
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work with the THM National Team to implement strategic plans,
  • Contribute to the development of intellectual resources as needed,
  • Enhance processes and services to better serve our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in disability management, wellness, or human resources,
  • In-depth knowledge of disability management, Occupational Health & Safety, and related programs,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal,
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work independently,
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada,
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a health or social sciences discipline.
