Role: Health Management Consultant (Bilingual in French)
Key Responsibilities:
As a Health Management Consultant, you will:
- Collaborate with various Mercer offices to advance Total Health Management initiatives,
- Elevate the profile of health services across Canada,
- Identify and cultivate business prospects while providing project assistance to clients and consultants,

Your Contributions:
Project Execution and Expertise:
- Lead client engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery and thorough evaluations,
- Assist in crafting sophisticated strategies for health, wellness, and disability management,
- Develop and present client-ready materials, reports, and tools tailored to project needs,
- Create and implement solutions to address complex client challenges,
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee health and well-being, including disability management and return-to-work strategies.
Market Development:
- Collaborate with health consultants to uncover opportunities within existing client relationships,
- Engage with clients to present services and tailor proposals to their requirements,
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
Team Collaboration:
- Work with the THM National Team to implement strategic plans,
- Contribute to the development of intellectual resources as needed,
- Enhance processes and services to better serve our clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in disability management, wellness, or human resources,
- In-depth knowledge of disability management, Occupational Health & Safety, and related programs,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,
- Proven ability to lead teams and work independently,
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada,
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a health or social sciences discipline.
