Position Overview

The role of the Office Coordinator at SHIPCART DISTRIBUTION SERVICES involves a variety of administrative responsibilities aimed at ensuring smooth operations within the organization.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years
  • Alternatively, equivalent professional experience is acceptable
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Oversee and guide junior staff members
  • Develop and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Provide training and support to new employees
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings and events
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and workflows
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Coordinate and confirm appointments
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages appropriately
  • Respond to electronic inquiries
  • Gather and compile data, statistics, and other relevant information
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring process
  • Assign, coordinate, and evaluate projects and programs
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.

Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years of relevant experience
