Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and showroom teams, working closely with them to provide exceptional service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
- Collaborate with our Sales and Customer Support Team to provide timely, proactive service and support.
- Take initiative to find creative approaches to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work Sundays, as required.

- A 38-hour workweek, with a regular schedule of Mondays to Thursdays (9:30am - 6:00pm) and Sundays (10:30am - 5:00pm).
