- Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and partners.
- Training and Development: Train and develop our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve conflict situations and provide solutions to complex problems.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to help us make informed business decisions.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
