OVERVIEW

The Senior Vice President of Customer Engagement plays a pivotal role in steering the growth and enhancement of our customer experience initiatives. This position demands a strategic and outcome-oriented leader with substantial expertise in client acquisition, relationship management, team leadership, and sales strategy within the customer experience sector. The individual will collaborate closely with various internal departments to guarantee the effective implementation of customer experience solutions that surpass client expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the authority in customer engagement, guiding clients from proposal development to strategy execution.
  • Oversee a portfolio of clients, recognizing and cultivating new business prospects.
  • Act as the representative for client interactions, managing presentations, webinars, conferences, and interviews.
  • Motivate, train, and assist internal teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled and projects are executed successfully.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor actions, and industry advancements to strategically position customer experience offerings.
REQUIREMENTS
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of pertinent professional experience in a reputable organization or through personal enterprise related to market research and customer experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the customer experience industry, including trends, clientele, and technologies (e.g., Qualtrics, Medallia, Forsta, Question Pro).
  • Client Base: Must possess an existing client portfolio and a demonstrated capability to nurture and expand client relationships.
  • Bilingual proficiency (French and English), with experience in both Quebec and broader Canadian markets.
